Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. Thus becoming one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish in third place. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way feasible. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
